After only three days back at work things are starting to gain momentum, with jobs confirmed from as far afield as Albany. Here’s a few photos of our last trip Albany, with our new canine friends and the aftermath of ‘nicking’ a water main…never fear, things worked out fine as you can see by the finished product.

What happened when you punched the water main? Did it cost the client more to fix it?
Bruce wrote and asked what happened with the water main, who paid for it to be fixed? We had an arrangement with the customer that they would pay for our accommodation – they paid the plumber and I paid for the accommodation – so essentially we took care of the cost. Thankfully this sort of thing happens very rarely, the last time we damaged something when digging by hand was about two years ago!
